started the event from the pole

Ricky Rudd wins in his Busch Grand National debut...he'd make just two
more starts in the series for the rest of his career, both in 1983 and
both ending in engine failure.

I mostly doubt it but it isn't impossible. TNN was on the air by this
point and they aired some some Dover races on "American Sports
Cavalcade." They did Cup and oddly NASCAR North but I don't know if the
Busch series was included this early on.
