It's the 4th of 10 starts for Tim Richmond in the Busch series, he
started second in this event and must not of liked it. He won the pole
for each of his last 6 starts in the series.

Allison, Waltrip, and Speed came off of the fourth turn three wide
coming to the checkered flag, but Speed lost momentum leaving Waltrip
and Allison to beat and bang their way to the line. Allison had the
inside lane through the dogleg and was able to barely beat Waltrip at
the line.

J.D. McDuffie picks up his lone Busch series top-10, an 8th, in his
final start in the series. McDuffie made only 11 starts in Busch over
the course of the series' first three seasons.
