Phil just mentioned this race on the telecast of Nationwide final
practice. At least Shepherd didn't enter two cars per race and never
intend on racing them past lap 6.

Morgan apparently dumped Parsons with two laps to go. According to the
Busch 500 MRN telecast the next day, Shepherd was fined $2,000 for the
incident.
