Tim Richmond won the pole for this event, his first in the Busch series.
He'd win the pole for each one of his remaining appearences in the
series starting with this event.

Patrick, Richmond didn't win the race. Darrell Waltrip won. Richmond won
the pole.

i was at this race. for the whole weekend. In the infield in the first
turn for the whole weekend, thursday-sunday. Don't remember much about
it, I had just turned 10.
