Caution 1 (Lap 42-Lap ???): #21 spin turn 3
Caution 2 (Lap 80-Lap 85): #71 crash turn 4/Frontstretch
Caution 3 (Lap 114-Lap ???): #25 spin turn 4

Broadcast didn't indicate what lap the restarts happened on except for
the second one.
