NASCAR rules at the time allowed for driver who started the race to pull in on the pace lap and switch, still get points. So this made driver changes much more common. DRIVER CHANGES #16 Dana Patten U.S. Chrome Chevrolet (Dana Patten) (Gave up Seat for Joey Kourafas) #26 Larry Brolsma Cedar Ridge RV Sales Pontiac (Larry Brolsma) (Gave seat up for Max Prestwood, Trevor Boys later drove that car.) #01 Dickie Boswell G.M. Possibly the drivers in 59th and 60th were also WDs. 11. JSPorts posted: 08.28.2020 - 5:16 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Dang. 72 entries for an Xfinity race at Charlotte. It would be awesome to see something like this these days, but the series has declined to the point where they can't even fill a 40-car field. 12. Much like the first Brickyard 400's entry list. 13. possum posted: 08.28.2020 - 6:43 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @10 - well, it could be. For all we know they showed up too late for the draw, and NASCAR simply sent them out in numeric order. Or, of course, it's possible the order shown here is not right. I see the same list of DNQs on other sites (which, however, may just mean they're all copying from the same source). 14. Haven't found any additional info on the driver as he does not have a Racing Reference page, but per The Third Turn, his last name is 'Burnett' ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
