They had a Winston Cup race the next day in Michigan. Non of the other Cup regulars raced in this one. 4. One of a huge bunch of guys from Owensboro along with his brother Michael, the Greens (David, Jeff, Mark), and Jeremy Mayfield. David Keith and Stuart Kirby, who each had short stints in NASCAR and were successful ARCA drivers, came from nearby Bowling Green. Interesting personalities. I like the Greens (especially David and Mark, top-notch character guys) a ton as well as Kirby, I'm okay with Darrell and Keith, and Mayfield and Michael are interesting personalities but have had solid levels of success. 6. Practice session also was curbed, because the asphalt began to disintegrate and water hoses had to be brought in order to cool the track. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
