Per the World Sports TV broadcast of the race, Joe Bessey ran #9 and
Steve Grissom ran #19 in the race. Both teams ran #9 regularly in their
respective series but Bessey was allowed to keep the number in this
instance because he outqualified Grissom.

Hamilton's win was the first for owner Fil Martocci and his FILMAR team.
This was only the team's second race after switching its #8 over from a
Buick to an Oldsmobile. The team would go on to win eight more Busch
races during the early to mid 1990s.

After this race, Rob Moroso went on a 149-point swing over the next 5
races, going from 94 points out of the championship lead to winning the
title by 55.

Crew Chief:
Car 1- Bill Davis. During interview said he was Owner and CC.
Car 99- Mike Hillman. Interviewed during race.
Car 8- Kip McCord. Won Mechanic of the race. During interview, said he
was CC for whole year.

Ken Squier, Johnny Hayes and Neil Bonnett were the commentators. Charlie
Harville and Mike Joy were the pit road reporters. Dave Despain was the
roving reporter.
