Rusty Wallace's only Busch start between 1989 and 1997. His #21 Pontiac was painted identical to his Cup car but lasted just 53 laps before transmission woes knocked him out. With his father Bob making his final start, his son Bobby Dotter started this one from the pole. 9. It was torn down in 2011 and replaced by a modernized, standard restaurant when new ownership determined it had gotten stale. 13. saltsburgtrojanfan posted: 07.18.2014 - 4:27 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Caution 1: Lap 6-10: debris Caution 2: Lap 45-50: #81 accident Caution 3: Lap 64-67: #2 flat tire Caution 4: Lap 103-108: #81 spin turn 4 Caution 5: Lap 124-127: #43,66 accident turns 3/4 Caution 6: Lap 189-193: #81 accident turn 4 Caution 7: Lap 209-212: Caution 8: Lap 235-241: #27 accident turn 2 14. During a Busch Series broadcast a year or 2 before this race, they were talking about how Davey Allison was still looking for his first career Busch win. The commentator then referenced a new racing magazine that had come out geared more towards kids, having the different drivers in there and having them answer simple questions like what's your favorite color, etc. On the page with Davey Allison on it, one of the questions was, What is the hardest thing about racing? Davey's answer wasn't anything at all about Cup racing. It was, "trying to win a Busch Grand National Series race." 18.
