Craven clicks off his first win since running a partial schedule in 1991. 3. RaceFanX posted: 02.26.2008 - 5:57 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Tom Peck stores his final top 10 4. That's how you win the championship. 5. dj87legend posted: 05.05.2010 - 2:03 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) DNQ: Chad Chaffin, Andy Hillenburg, Rodney Combs, Richard Lasater, George Crenshaw, Junior Miller, Pat Davison, Jeff Neal, Junior Franks, Roy Payne, Mike Garvey, Randy Porter, Jerry Glanville, Shawna Robinson, Johnny Smith 6. 10andJoe posted: 09.30.2012 - 2:35 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Shawna Robinson DNQ'd driving the #46 Polaroid Chevrolet for Ed Ferree. 7. He reached the "100 laps led in a race" milestone 13 times in his career (6 in Busch North, 4 in Busch, 3 in Cup), winning in seven of those 13 races. 8. Opie posted: 01.31.2016 - 4:33 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Maybe the length of the race, in miles, plus the number of laps? That's the only way I can figure they wound up at 400. 13. In short track racing, it is common to use the combined distance of all main events combined or even just all races combined as the advertised distance. 14. He would have to wait until 1996 to finally better this run and unlock the gates to victory lane. 16. He moved up to Cup in '95, winning rookie of the year. 18. Every race broadcast in 92 and 93 and the start of 94 it was, "Ricky Craven still searching for his first career Busch Series win." It wasn't until the very end of this race that Mike Joy explained that technically this would be Ricky Cravens 3rd career Busch win and that the other 2 wins came in combination events when he was running the Busch North Series full time in 91. Weird. 19. Kellen posted: 05.30.2019 - 5:45 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Ricky Craven told the story of this race on SiriusXm Speedway today. It was really hot when this race was ran and Craven like anyone would do when they are feeling the heat would dump water down their face to cool themselves down. Well Ricky found out the hard way why drivers didn't do this. The team installed a brand new metal seat in the car for this weekend and where in such a rush to get this car prepared for the race they forgot the drill holes in the bottom of the seat to let any sort of fluid leak out. Needless to say when the race was over and won Craven was transported to a local hospital and treated for a boiled backside. 20. jensenators posted: 12.01.2019 - 11:30 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Info Updates from watching race on youtube: Crew Chief: 2- John Monsam. 15- Rick Ren. 92- Tony Lambert. Sponsor: 6- Eddie Johnson Financial. (It was his sponsor at Darlington, but because they only ran a few laps, the team left his sponsorship on the car for this race). 21.
