Instead he drove the #28 Mac Tools Ford in place of the just injuried Ernie Irvan. Mark brought Ernie's car home in 10th Kenny Wallace wins the first of three races during the 1994 season 2. b4il3y posted: 05.23.2010 - 2:13 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) To paraphrase a phrase: The Kenny and Kenny show. 3. The ESPN guys noted this and started having fun with it. 6. I believe he resigned of his own volition from that #75 car after the first 10 races of the 93 Busch Series season. A race broadcast eluded to it being his decision and that he was heading back home to go short track racing across the area. He did a good job in the 75 car and if I had to guess why he left it would just be speculation but i'll do it anyway. During those first 10 races Butch Miller was interviewed before one of them and asked why the car didn't have long time sponsor Food Country USA on it. Butch said not many people knew this but they were only a long time associate sponsor and they always just put them on the car because they never had a main sponsor. He said they took them off because as long as they were on the car it would probably be tougher to ever pick up a main sponsor. This only lasted one race and then Food Country USA was put back on the car. Maybe Butch thought, if this team isn't going to even try to find a main sponsor to try and fund a championship caliber team and keep putting a company only paying associate sponsor money on the car as if they were paying major sponsor money then I'm out. All speculation on my part of course. 10. RaceFanX posted: 02.22.2019 - 3:59 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) Miller ran in the ASA series full-time in 1994. He won the championship before moving into the new NASCAR SuperTruck Series for 1995. 11. Five of Wallace's nine Busch wins came in one of their Thunderbirds. While Wallace won seven short track races this was his only win at Bristol. 12. In honor of his good friend Mark requested that Ernie Irvans name remain on the car and his name (Mark Martin) be placed on one side of the car below Ernie's name. 14. 11d7jake posted: 03.29.2021 - 10:08 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) sponsor update #59 Alliance Training Centers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
