Todd Bodine makes his lone Busch Series appearence of the 1994 season,
finishing 44th just in front of Earnhardt

Jimmy Hensley subbed for Randy LaJoie in this race after LaJoie was
injured in a qualifying crash.

Known DNQs: George Crenshaw, Sherry Blakley, Greg Clark.

Dale's final Busch Series race in his own machinery as a driver, he did
have crew chief Andy Petree as well as future driver Michael Waltrip
drive his #3 in selected races in 1994.

Jimmy Hensley's one-off in the Dick Moroso Fina Lube #20 here resulted
in his last Busch series top-10 finish...although the start of the new
NASCAR Truck series the following year meant Hensely's days of being
competitive were far from over just yet.

Sherry Blakley, trying to make her debut, crashed in qualifying. She had
a great qualifying lap in but spun in turn 4 unable to clock in the
time, she DNQ'd. Per the TBS coverage found on Youtube, the car number
she ran for this race was 77 and not 83 as listed

The commentators for the race were Ken Squier and Darrell Waltrip. The
pit road reporters were Dick Berggren and Randy Pemberton. And in The
Allison Zook Alliance Pit Communication Center Was Rick Benjamin.

This race marked Ernie Irvan's welcome return to the track for the first
time since his bad wreck at M.I.S. in August. Todd Bodine filled in for
Irvan in his Mac Tools #28 Ford but as noted above he crashed out early.
Still it was good to see Ernie on the comeback trail even if it would
still be 11 more months before he'd be back racing.
