They were literally still listed in the starting lineup on the telecast although they didn't race. 3. He hit the front end of a spinning car on the backstretch and his car wheelhopped and leapt into the air, but landed on another car before it could've hit the fence. 5. He was squeezed against the outside wall before the crash and as jeff said he did almost get into the catchfence during it. Mike McLaughlin also caught a little air in this one when he dove low to miss the spinning car of Chad Little only to catch the back of the #23 Pontiac and put his #34 Chevy up on two wheels briefly. It came back down on all fours but he still spun and became involved in the accident. Hermie Sadler scores a top-10 the day before he made his Winston Cup debut. 6. Little was cleared to drop down on his spotter and then got loose like someone made contact with him. TNN was showing from his roofcam at that time but it appears Phil Parsons, who was right behind him, got into Little prompting the frustration. Correcting myself, jack's right a few posts back. Setzer did wheel hop over Fuller, rare to see in stock cars but that's what happened. 9.
