Jimnsimforever posted: 03.29.2019 - 8:46 pm Rate this comment: (2) (0) @3,4,5 During the Darlington race broadcast a couple of races before this they said the talk around the garage area was that Mac Martin's 92 team was down to one car and were going to close the doors and shut down after that race. They said crew chief Ryan Pemberton had recently left the team as well. After Pearson went out of that race with engine problems he was interviewed and asked if that was it for the team. Larry said they had a commitment from someone who was going to help them out and provide a car for the next 2 races. The next 2 races (Richmond and this race) he ran a #92 Stanley sponsored Ford instead of Chevy with a completely different paint scheme. The Ford he drove in these 2 races was provided by Curtis Key. 12.
