This 417th career start remains a Busch record. 4. He promptly lost the lead on the first lap and later put the new GM into the wall head on, totaling it. 9. Fellow Cup racer Dale Jarrett was the only one who could hang with Martin all day and while he kept him honest his #32 Ford wasn't able to get around Martin's #60 Ford at the end of the day. 12. That meant he had to finish in the top 6 to clinch the title (back when points mattered.) 13. Anyway, a nightmare start to Biffle's Nascar debut as he caused that big wreck just a couple laps into the race. Or maybe his spotter didn't tell him someone was still underneath him, who knows. 14. 52 posted: 06.10.2019 - 11:49 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Greg Biffle's first race....The day I was born. 15. After being cut out of the car at Charlotte Green was healed up and back behind the wheel of the #95 Caterpillar Chevrolet here just two weeks later and he turned in a top-5 run in his comeback. Green's strong run allowed him to chop 17 points off LaJoie's lead as the title fight would go down to the last race. 16.
