Hall and Glenn Allen spun in Turn 1 on a restart and Hermie (not able to see or slow down) plowed nearly full speed into the back of Hall, whose car got some major air. 5. If only they heeded his advice...... 6. Aaron posted: 02.06.2010 - 2:00 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) I was at this race - this finish was amazing. Thought Shaw was going to pull it out, and likely would have given one more lap. Also, local driver Stacy Puryear made his only career start in a national NASCAR series. 7. His first race in the new ride ended early with mechanical woes. 11. 44andJoe posted: 12.24.2012 - 3:41 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Did Not Qualify: #48 Randy Porter, UniFirst Uniforms Ford #96 Stevie Reeves, Big A Auto Parts Ford #56 Jeff Krogh, Clearwater Forest Industries Chevrolet #80 Mark Krogh, Clearwater Forest Industries Chevrolet #77 Jeff McClure, Lear Corp. I'll watch an old short track race on YouTube over today's cookie cutter tracks of NA$CAR any day 15. This one began with an unintentionally funny moment when TNN's broadcast tried to list which drivers had on-board cameras for this race only to find the race starting a little sooner than they anticipated. It produced the rare televised moment of getting to witness the start of a race from a mid-pack car as Eli Gold was introducing Phil Parson when the green dropped, Eli listed off the other drivers shortly thereafter. 16. Given the state of the series, I wouldn't be surprised to see this number beaten in 2019. 17. Buckshot won races in both 1996 and 1998 but the #00 Aqua Fresh Pontiac made 00 trips to victory lane in 1997. 19.
