Shane Hall flipped in this race a the finish.

LaJoie and Allen Jr were DNFs due to an accident on the last lap so that

Listening to commentary on a replay clip from the next day's Cup race of
LaJoie's flip, the commentator says Lajoie launches off of Dick Trickle.
2nd time in 3 races Trickle sent a car flying, after Junior at Daytona.

This ended up being Spencer's only points-paying win in his self-owned
#12 Zippo Lighters Chevrolet although he did also win a "Hooligan" Last
Chance Race at Charlotte later in the year. Spencer would have to wait
until 2001 to again get into victory lane in the Busch Series.
