The driver who DNQed the #94 was Kenneth Nichols from Indianapolis, IN. Not the Ken Nichols from California already on this site. 10. 23andJoe posted: 02.27.2014 - 8:51 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) #54 owner: Kat Teasdale #94 make: Pontiac #16 sponsor: 31-W Insulation Pontiac (Wayne Day) #43 sponsor: Curb Records Chevrolet (Mike Curb) #82 sponsor: Carolina Shoe Chevrolet (Robert McFarland) 11. huckhound18 posted: 03.16.2014 - 7:25 am Rate this comment: (1) (2) The race that shat Jimmie Johnson into this world. 12. numbah10hatah posted: 04.07.2014 - 11:23 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Surprised no one mentioned this...this was the first race Matt Hutter filled in for Jeff Purvis in the #4 while Purvis was serving his 4 race suspension for his pit road fiasco in the last race. 13. He was doing a one-off in Michael Waltrip's #21. 14. 88&4Fan posted: 01.18.2016 - 12:16 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Who knew that Jimmie Johnson got his start racing for JTG? 15. stricklinfan82 posted: 06.12.2016 - 10:55 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) The final caution should be listed as #50 (Rezendes) spun turn 4. 16. stricklinfan82 posted: 06.12.2016 - 11:00 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Also, the 2nd caution should be listed as #6 (Bessey) crash backstretch. 17. This was also his first start on this track in a Busch Series car. Start was delayed 25 minutes due to wall repair from an earlier accident from the Baby Grand racing series. This was the first Busch race after last year's repave and banking repair, with 7 degrees of banking. The transitions were smoothed out. Tony Stewart was bumped in the back, which sent him into Joe Bessey. Bessey had to go to the infield care center. He was pissed at Tony until he saw Tony's crushed rear bumper. Shane Hall and Tracey Leslie got together heavily damaging each other while fighting over 32nd position on lap 84. It took Junior 10 laps of door to door racing before he took the lead. In post race, Randy LaJoie said the #3 is so good that instead of heading to Michigan they should stay home and send him a check. 18. I always had that as a diecast car by Racing Champions and Robert Pressley was the driver, but I guess Robert had Cup commitments and they got this Jimmie Johnson dude to drive it...I just never knew he actually debuted in a car I had as a diecast for a long time. 20. He was pissed at Tony until he saw Tony's crushed rear bumper." After Joe Bessey actually saw the replay he was probably mad at Tony Stewart again. The car that bumped Stewart in the back was the 34 car. Magic Shoe's 34 car had an in car camera that clearly showed that Tony had already gotten into Bessey and Besseys car was already spinning out and Mike couldn't check up fast enough to keep from getting into the back of Tony. I do think its kind of funny that Stewart pointed to the back of his car, knowing it was completely his fault but he had a dent back there that would keep him from having to deal with an argument as long as a camera didn't catch the entire wreck. 24.
