They did indeed qualify(Burton won the pole for that matter!) I've noticed Atwood has been listed as having DNQ-d several times in 1999 even when he did qualify. 2. (Found the entry list, oddly he had AC Delco as a sponsor here [like his 2000 effort] but ran for Invinca-Shield at Rockingham) Despite their win at Pikes Peak earlier in the season Andy Santerre and George Debidart's #47 team parted company after their DNQ in this race. 8.
