Why are Casey Atwood, Ward Burton, and Bobby Hamilton Jr. listed as
failing to qualify for this race? They did indeed qualify(Burton won the
pole for that matter!) I've noticed Atwood has been listed as having
DNQ-d several times in 1999 even when he did qualify.

I haven't figured that out, either. Perhaps Atwood failed to qualify in
"First Round" qualifying.

This is the best combined finish in a BGN race for Bill Davis Racing
with Blaney 2nd and Burton 4th, 2 weeks before at Michigan Blaney
finished 3rd and Burton 4th.

#35 crew chief: Sandy Jones (same for all following races this year with
both Sadler and Amick).

Lyndon Amick's dnq car was a Chevy and the sponsor was Rev It Up! /

DNQ cars (owners):
Kevin Harvick- #2 Invinca-Shield Chevrolet (Richard Childress)
Andy Santerre- #47 Monro Muffler Chevrolet (George Debidart) (same for
all his DNQs in the #47 in 1999)
Ed Berrier- #55 Davis & Weight Motorsports Pontiac (Jerry Davis)
Tom Hubert- #15 Oakwood Homes Chevrolet (Andy Petree)

This was to be Harvick's first Busch race for Richard Childress, despite
his DNQ here and a early DNF at Rockingham it would go on to be a long,
productive partnership. (Found the entry list, oddly he had AC Delco as
a sponsor here [like his 2000 effort] but ran for Invinca-Shield at
Rockingham)

Despite their win at Pikes Peak earlier in the season Andy Santerre and
George Debidart's #47 team parted company after their DNQ in this race.

Dale Jarrett's sole race in the Busch Series in 1999 was also his sole
race in the #11 for Brett Favre. He dominated the Winston Cup but he was
an also ran in this race.

Dr. Jerry Punch, Benny Parsons and Kyle Petty were the commentators.
Bill Weber and Ray Dunlap were the pit road reporters.
