Lone Top 10 finish in the Busch Series for Chad Chaffin (9th).

This is about the 5th or 6th Busch race I've looked into from the 1998
season, and most of them had more than 10 drivers fail to qualify! How
many Busch races have there been this year where there were just enough
cars to make it a full field?

yeah, this was when it was still profitable to be a low budget busch
team, lots of .com sponsorships didn't hurt either.

Only one Youtube channel had this race now make that 2. I am glad that
Youtuber who has been uploading old 90's race some already uploaded in
their entirety, again since the pandemic break.
