Kevin Harvick finished 3rd and maintained his strong points lead. Notes: Jimmie Johnson ran a beaggressive.now Chevy to a 14th. 2. I believe it was in Turn 3 coming to the white flag. Randy LaJoie got by with no trouble and drove to what will most likely be his final Busch Series win. 3. Could be wrong! Wish I could see it again... it was a great finish, for sure. 6. Hernandez never started another race. 7. RaceFanX posted: 11.22.2011 - 12:26 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Jay Sauter showed his disapproval of Green's move on the cool down lap. He didn't use his patriotically-painted red-and-white #43 Chevy to hit Green but came about as close and you can and not hit him. Sauter had a reason to be ticked, this was probably his best-ever chance to score a Busch series win. 8. Kevin Harvick was going to skip the Cup race the same day at Martinsville to run this race but it ended up being a non-issue as the rain moved to Virginia and washed out the Cup event moving it to Monday and allowing Harvick to run both. NBC got to air this race as an alternative to the Cup race during the rain delay. While Sunday was sunny for this race the rain still had one effect. After the race Randy LaJoie attempted a donut into the grass only to get stuck because it was still wet. His pit crew successfully pushed the two-tone blues and white #7 Chevrolet free of the muddy grass and LaJoie was able to drive it to victory lane. 9. 24fanforever posted: 01.05.2012 - 5:14 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Clay Rogers leads his first Busch Series laps in this race. 10. sk posted: 08.21.2012 - 12:38 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Randy Tolsma's best career finish in the series. 11. I assume they called up Eli Gold and Glenn Jarrett, and Ralph Sheheen back since they had experience, all three of them had a TNN Reunion, just under NBC graphics! 15.
