Dale Earnhardt Jr. made his 2nd start of the season but wrecked halfway through. David Green made his team's debut with Ricky Rodriguez, becoming first Hispanic owned team in NASCAR history. Jason Keller maintained his points lead 2. Come on Richard, use it or gracifully surrender it. Give someone new a chance to build their legacy with it... 7. He famously won in the blue Oreo #3 in the opener at Daytona but his outing here in the yellow Nilla Wafers / Nutter Butter #3 didn't go as well. Junior ran well but ultimately his day ended going backward the outside wall in the trioval after he got loose and spun out, collecting Mark Green and Bobby Hamilton, Jr. The yellow #3 was running eighth when he crashed and Junebug drove it straight to the garage afterward. Hamilton, Jr. recovered nicely. He was racing Earnhardt in the top-10 at the time he was hit but the #25 Marines Ford only had minor damage and he still came back to finish in the top-10. 18. Green was a Cup series regular for RCR in 2002 but the 2000 champion still ran a majority of the Busch Series schedule, claiming two wins early in the year at Bristol and Charlotte. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
