Which led all drivers, the championship battle of the Busch Series that year was the story of the year, the Cup title was all but locked up but the Busch title went all the way down the stretch to Homestead. The 2003 Busch title fight was epic, kind of like 1992. 7. Burton22fan posted: 02.13.2015 - 2:04 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @Evan He won four races that year. 8. In fifty four career starts in the series, Bickle finished with three top fives, nine top tens, zero wins, but had one pole award in 1995 at the May Charlotte race. His career best finish in the series was fifth on three different occasions: Daytona 1995, South Boston in 2000 and Myrtle Beach in 2000. 11. After this race, he simply didn't flash as much talent and potential in the next year, or in the years to come. 12. Jimmie4life posted: 03.05.2021 - 10:00 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) @12 It was just really dumb of him to leave a team that helped him into a championship contender. After his father's death in early 2007, he was just a shell of himself, and his father's team was also in shambles. Had he not left the 25 car, I think he would've been able to at least get a better ride than a mid pack Cal Wells ran team that won 2 races pretty much by chance that they weren't shit that day. 14. Matt Yocum along with Marty Snider and Dave Burns were the pit road reporters. Bill Weber was at the NASCAR on TNT pit hauler. Wally Dallenbach, the NBC / TNT color analyst, competed in this event and lasted just 70 laps due to overheating with his #89 Ford Taurus. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
