At Bristol, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kevin Harvick finished ahead of him, Kyle was 3rd. At Atlanta, Matt Kenseth won again, Kyle was 2nd again. And at Phoenix, Jamie McMurray won, Kyle was 2nd. Damn Buschwhackers, he could have had 9 wins in his rookie season. LOL I don't see any hate comments about these Buschwhackers stealing wins from regulars like Kyle Busch or Martin Truex Jr. Does it mean it's ok, when it's not Kyle Busch, who steals them nowadays? 8. Even though I am a Denny Hamlin fan, when he won Charlotte this year, it kinda made me sick of him when it comes to him racing in the lower series. However, the biggest problem to the series is Kyle Busch's wins there. Here is what I propose as a plan for the future if NASCAR does accept this idea for the lower series in the future: Maximum races for Cup regulars: 10 (If Cup regular who has reached the limit wants to race an 11th, he/she would have to pay NASCAR an extra fee of a set number of thousands of dollars) Qualifying Format: Have Xfinity and Truck regulars start in front of the Cup regulars (Ex.: Even if Cup regular has pole speed, he/she will have to start 31st if there are 30 Xfinity regulars or 21st if there are 20 Truck regulars. It will be back to single round, single car qualifying for the lower series. There will still be the "Falling to Rear" rule for anybody who is penalized to the back of the field before the Green Flag waves for the first time at a race) So, what do you all think of this proposal? 9. Why isn't (or wasn't) anyone complaining when the Buschwhackers were stealing the wins from regulars like Kyle Busch or Martin Truex Jr. in 2004? Why are they complaining now about Kyle especially and not about other Buschwhackers who do the same thing as Kyle - fulfil the sponsors requirements and getting extra seat time at the same time? The reason is, plain and simple, inconsistency. 10. Maverick11 posted: 08.01.2016 - 10:13 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) Simple, fans only hate buschwhacking when Busch (or Keselowski) does it. If Martin, Larson, Jr., Harvick, Dillon, Kenseth, etc. do it, they get far less backlash. Which in my opinion is unfair. But with that said, they don't do it as frequently as Busch does. 11. If they really want that extra seat time, this change shouldn't bother them. However, if they want to beat up on young kids, we'll know. 12. The double standard is ridiculous that Larson can run the Xfinity series and "he's learning" while Dillon (who has the same amount of experience) does it and "HERP DERP BUSCHWHACKER". And for the record I like both drivers. The other drivers you mentioned run there so rarely or in the case of Mark Martin are retired. 13. Would go to NBC Full Time in 2015 when NBC returned to NASCAR for the second half, without TNT this time however. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
