At least with Jeff Fuller there's a guy with a lot of talent (who needs a haircut!) and who is hired as a "start and park" driver. Great run by Michel Jourdain, the only Busch regular in the top ten. It's too bad that the Busch "whackers" had to invade and dominate like that, but I guess that's what you get when you have the likes of Hendrick and Jack Roush fielding Busch cars. At least Kevin Harvick's team and Michael Waltrip work on their own stuff, mainly. 3. Carl Edwards although he was a Busch Wacker still runs the the Busch series. So Jourdain would've been second. 6. But he is also considred a Busch Wacker that is because Jack Roush chose to have Carl Edwards in his 99 car since there was nobody good enough to replace Jeff Burton. 7. He did a perfect backflip on Saturday, but the one on Sunday was not as good(but hey it's 500 miles vs. 312 miles). 8. Too bad the Bu$chwreckers had to come in and ruin this race. Don't even try to tell me they're cool or are saving the Busch Series. The Series was doing just fine without them. It would have been great if Jourdain got the win, but it probably would have been overrated, based on his other performances in stock cars. 14. In contrast to what would happen with Joe Gibbs Racing & FedEx in the Coca-Cola 600 two months after this race, the Jani-King colors remained on the #40 as intended and Sorenson brought only a small Discount Tire hood decal with him. Three of the four FitzBradshaw/Ganassi entries had transmission issues before raceday. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
