He led the final practice session, shattered third gear during the European heat-style qualifying and only timed in seventeenth, then worked his way into the top-ten late in the race before he got flat out spun out. 7. And HomeDepot20TS, all I have to say is wow. Just wow. 8. HomeDepot20TS posted: 03.08.2006 - 12:04 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Thats all I can say. Too bad there's not a way to delete your comments. It'd be better if this site had a message board type deal, registrations and such so you could edit and delete comments when you screw up, as I did royally. 9. But also notice that the date of the race reversed day and year. First race was 3/6/05, then this race on 3/5/06. Average speeds were also very close in both races, 67.591 vs. 67.528. Also the same amount of cautions laps in the races but one less caution in 2005. Guess I also have too much time on my hands. 15. The other 10 races, he (or in Bristol, his exhaust) brought out at least one yellow. lel 21. The 2002 Infiniti Pro Series champion's stock car bid was not to be a success. 22. FitzBradshaw Racing wanted Mark Green to relieve Kauffman from the car, but NASCAR told the team that they must have a driver with past experience at the track relief drive the No. 12 car. As far as I know, Kauffman never got taken out of the car, although he did finish 13 laps down. 25. rm posted: 08.26.2016 - 10:47 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) Not only was this AJ Foyt IV's only lead lap finish, it was also the only time he finished less than 2 laps down. To say his venture into NASCAR was a disaster would be an understatement. Oddly enough, his second best performance, a 24th at Homestead, came at the same track as Larry Foyt's best Cup run. 26.
