Carl Edwards hangs on to win. Good run for Mark McFarland coming back
from an injurie.

Aaron Fike was penalized 2 laps for throwing his glove out the window to
bring out a caution.

Clint Bowyer was untouchable all day long until he pits under green and
the caution came out for Aaron Fike spinnng he got the lucky dog and
climbed to 5th still gotta be disapointing for him he's couldve won a
few races this year. Congrats to Carl he was in the right place at the
right time to take advantage of Bowyer's misfortune and cruise to
victory. Also Kertus Davis nearly flipped in a 3 car pileup with Peyton
Sellers and Tracy Hines.

Another note: Jeff Burton ran this race for the #77 Dollar General KHI
team, Burney Lamar sat out for veteran experience Burton was having a
top 10 run but a flat tire put him in 21st.

Failed to qualify or withdrew:

WD | ? | 34 | Glowbouy | Frank Cicci | Chevrolet

(The No. 34 team didn't have a driver listed on the entry list before
they withdrew from the event.)

The No. 77 team made the decision to bench Burney Lamar for this race in
favor of Jeff Burton, hoping the Cup Series veteran could help evaluate
the team, as they entered New Hampshire ranked 22nd in owner's points.
Lamar would return to the driver's seat for the next race at
Martinsville Speedway.

Also, the Nos. 05 and 26 teams were late entries, and thus did not
receive championship points for this race. (They finished 42nd and 43rd,
respectively.) And not only was the No. 05 team a late entry, but they
also changed drivers after being added to the entry list. Jeff Spraker
was originally going to be the driver, but Morgan Shepherd would go on
to qualify and race the second Johnny Davis entry at New Hampshire.
Spraker Performance was listed as a sponsor on the No. 05 car.

If I'm not mistaken, Morgan Shepherd's entry was a Johnny Davis entry
using Wayne Day's owner points.

Bill Weber, Benny Parsons and Wally Dallenbach were the commentators.
Dave Burns along with Allen Bestwick, Matt Yocum and Marty Snider were
the pit road reporters.
