A bit of diversity in the field this week: Columbian Juan Pablo Montoya
finished 28th, Max Papis of Italy finished 40th after a crash, and
Mexico native Jorge Goeters failed to qualify in the #63 Ford.

If Stephen Leicht beats two cars at Phoenix, the #90 car will lock into
the Top 30. The #01 car will be secured into the Top 30 if Jay Sauter

Stephen Leicht had a great run in this race before he fell victim to
fuel mileage right at the end. He ran second early and it's nice to see
him developing along.

Possibly the final start of Randy LaJoie's career, but that past
champion's provisional sure is enticing to owners...

Bill Weber along with Wally Dallenbach and Kyle Petty were the
commentators. Matt Yocum along with Lindsay Czarniak, Marty Snider and
Dave Burns were the pit road reporters.
