Harvick's chance at breaking the record for wins in a season is halted
by Matt Kenseth. With Johnny Benson win Friday night and Matt Kenseth's
victory today, a weekend sweep by pole sitters would put Jeff Gordon
down to two tracks that he hasn't won at in Nextel Cup. Will it happen?
We shall see on Sunday.

You're right; previously Biffle had not finished worse than 10th in a
Busch car at Phoenix. Good track record.

Matt Kenseth's 3rd Busch win from the pole. Good weekend for rookie
Shane Huffman, top rookie and non-Buschwhacker. Indy 500 winner and
IndyCar Champion Sam Hornish Jr. debuted with a 36th place finish after
a crash.

Auggie Vidovich Jr doesn't need to do much at Homestead to lock the
Biagi Brothers' car into the Top 30:
32. 4 Fred Biagi 2699 +152
33.36 John McGill 2547 -152

If he leads a lap or if two cars retire from the Ford 300, the #4 car
will race in the first 5 races of 2007.
(The #16 and #17 Jack Roush Fords are part-time entries, and therefore
ineligible for a Top 30 position.)

The 4 car will be a Toyota in 2007. The #38 driven by Jason Leffler will
also be a Toyota, and he will have a full-time teammate, Dave Blaney in
the 32. Michael Waltrip's team is obviously going to be all Toyota.

order of when they occured:

2001: 1
2002: 3
2003: 10
2004: 5
2005: 1 and 5
2006: 6 and 12

What happened to the 4 team? They never showed up to Daytona in 2007.

Bobby Ginn bought it, switched it to Chevy where Regan Smith drove it
for the first half of the season, and shut down the team after Ginn was
bought by DEI.

Not exactly. Biagi couldn't find enough sponsors so instead of going
into debt, he chose to shut down and THEN Ginn bought the owner points
for the new 4 car team.

Bill Weber and Wally Dallenbach were the commentators. Allen Bestwick,
Dave Burns, Marty Snider and Matt Yocum were the pit road reporters.
