Reed Sorenson subbing for Steve Wallace in the #66 and he wrecks. I'm
starting to wonder if it is the equipment, not the driver.

Reed actually broke the axle and his car momentarily caught fire.
Probably the equipment.

Congrats to Jason Keller, who hails from my home state, on being the
all-time leader in Busch series starts.

Carl Edwards earns his 2nd consecutive DNF and his second DNF of the
season. He failed to clinch the title that night. Ever since Kentucky,
his season has done a dramatic turn for the worse. If he hadn't have had
that great of a start, the championship could still be contested.

Jack Roush when interviewed during the race: ?We've got to avoid the
wrecks. We tore up the 26 car for no reason that I could see.? Earlier
in the race, Jamie McMurray got loose under another car and crashed.

Could you imagine another car owner throwing his driver under the bus
like that on national TV? I remember something Rick Hendrick told a
young Kyle Busch: ?If you make a mistake and crash the car, that's okay.
We pay you to drive all out. But if you're playing bumper cars after the
checkered flag, that's another story.? With Roush, honest mistakes were
inexcusable.

There's a reason some people stay at the top while some others fall.
It's about how you treat people.
