Well he hit everything but the pacecar today, somehow Steve still ended
up 11th. Tough day for him.

He spun Kenny.....he was in 9th with about 10 to go....thats not going
to go over very well.

Anyways Steve jumps up to TOP 10 in points.

Great runs for McDowell, Keller, DARNELL, Howard and Brian Scott
(running 11th till caught up in the Keselowski wreck)

Too bad Darnell cant run full time, hes a great driver.

Exciting race but dominated by cup drivers. Some pretty hard wrecks for
Richmond.
With about 20 to go Brad Keselowski spun Jason Leffler (pretty
intentional looking) and destroyed a few top 15 cars, Jeff Burton and
Brian Scott.
But its ok becuase he drivers for Hendrick.

WallaceFan-

I kinda view the Benny Gordon wreck as a racing deal. He was not giving
ANYBODY room while headed backwards. Steve got a nose on him extremely
late while trying to pass someone else, and it was pretty aggressive,
but Benny Gordon never gave him the lane once he was there and came down
into him (which caused Steve to get loose and slide up).

The Kenny Wallace incident was actually a brake failure. Here's what
Kenny was quoted as saying on his fan page:

"I am bummed out. Running 11th with 8 laps to go. And on the restart,
going into turn one, the rear brakes locked up. We had brake problems
all night. They would come and go. So on the last restart when i had to
go hard, instead of the brake fluid going to the front brakes, the fluid
went to the rear brakes 100%. My crew chief and I had been talking about
it the whole race." -Kenny Wallace

In his final race for the short-lived SK Motorsports team, David Green
scores the team's best finish (14th) and his first top 15 finish in
almost two seasons (Nashville, 2007). It is also his most recent top 30
finish (best finish of 31st in his seven Nationwide starts since this
race), and his most recent finish in NASCAR.

The commentators for the race were Jerry Punch, Rusty Wallace and Andy
Petree. The pit road reporters were Dave Burns, Shannon Spake and Jamie
Little. Tim Brewer was In The Craftsman Tech Garage. And Allen Bestwick,
Brad Daugherty and Greg Biffle were in The ESPN Pit Studio.
