He's been flirting with the lead more and more ever since he left Joe Gibbs Racing to join Richard Childress Racing. That Richmond race last year had to been heartbroken for this guy. Now let's see if he can score that first win, maybe not tonight, but soon! Congratulations on the pole Mr Scott. 2. Or Kevin Harvick. Denny Hamlin and Kyle Larson are other ideas. Or Brian Scott might win a Nationwide race for the first time. Or someone in the top-15 that's a regular with a win or a few in the series. Particularly the best two in the previous Chicagoland race this year. I'd watch those two. 14. The only reason for anyone in their right mind to tune in is to see drivers such as Chase Elliott and Ryan Blaney, but it would be nice to see them competing for the win on a regular basis instead of just top 5s and top 10s, and having the race totally dominated by major leaguers playing in the minors for a few hours. Maybe Kyle Busch will get so bored after sleepwalking to a win in this race, that instead of dipping even further into the minor leagues he will drop out of the truck race this evening and we'll have a competitive show instead of "Laps led: Kyle Busch 1-150." 40. And ESPN immediately goes off the air without any post race interviews or even any post race coverage, so we can see live coverage of the Alabama/Southern Miss game. Keep on phoning it in, ESPN! The restarts were fun to watch, but overall I don't think this was that great a race. Chicago has never really been a great race track. I will say it was better than the last two races where Harvick and Kyle Busch utterly dominated and were never challenged for the lead, though. 55. His car handling better and 4 tires took him from 17th (the four-tire pit stop caused this) to 5th. If he keeps this up, particularly if someone like Elliott Sadler or Brian Scott had a bad race, he could finish in the top-5 in points. I'm a total Trevor fan. 64.
