It's not good enough for a win, but it IS good enough for the $100,000 Dash4Cash prize bonus! Hamlin wins yet another race in a series he doesn't even like racing in. Look for a rather unenthusiastic interview from him (I remember him giving one after Richmond)... Pretty uneventful race...only one incident and (no surprise) total domination by Cup drivers. One thing I've always wondered is...Why is this race so much SHORTER than the Cup race? 200 miles feels a little too short, I've always thought this race should be at least 250 miles... The race ran briskly, even though it sucked. The competition yellow and the spin by the 90 were the only cautions, and no shenanigans by Jacques either. Otherwise the race would have gone caution free. And we should get plenty of driver interviews too. 47. I agree. 200 feels like it should be the length of a Truck race if they raced here. This race should at least be 250 miles if not 300 miles. 48. His season hasn't really been that impressive as he honestly lucked into both of his wins, but unlike Chase an Ty he has been able to avoid getting into trouble for the majority of the year. If he continues to run around the top 10 for the rest of the year I don't think anyone will catch him. 52.
