Not sure if they'll be forced to withdraw from the race, or if they'll just be listed as DNS and be listed in 40th. If they do just withdraw, Reaume should get the last spot in the field. 7. It's the fact that Cup drivers and cup teams are teaming up, that's the problem. No one would complain if young rookies in JGR cars were against Kyle in his own equipment or when cup drivers drove for lesser teams. Like Greg Biffle with the 27 car back in the day, while racing against Roush. It's the fact that the developmental system in Xfinity is dead. I see way more talent in the young guns in trucks than Xfinity. (Jones, Suarez and the other Jones should have good careers) 27. It's kind of hard to take that series seriously when they struggle to get 10 cars to show up for races. Idk if that series just doesn't make sense to run financially or something along those lines but Indy Car need to do something to improve that series. 32. I think they did something weird like get their engines from HMS and their bodies from RCR. Ironically I think the last none affiliated team to win a Xfinity race was KBM at Richmond with Kurt 33. Lucstar88 posted: 03.12.2016 - 3:37 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @31 Would the series even exist if the Andretti and Schmidt-Peterson cars were taken out? Taking out all the cup teams would really hurt the sport. You don't have a good non-cup team like Turner used to be. No way 16 good cars could just appear like that. I'm sure JGR puts a lot of money into this program, which would be hard to replace. 34. Anonymous posted: 03.12.2016 - 3:37 pm Rate this comment: (2) (0) arca>xfinity 35. " I'm sure JGR puts a lot of money into this program, which would be hard to replace." Oh no i agree with pretty much everything you're saying. The people who just want to get rid of the Cup drivers and teams don't take into account of all the negative effect it could have. I'm in the minority, but I think having the Cup guys run the lower series is a good thing. That being said it only takes one person (cough Kyle cough) to ruin a good thing. Due to this I think NASCAR probably need to institute a limit of some sorts. I'd personally like something like a 50 race rule. It's pretty simple really, you can only run 50 National series points races races a year. That Alone would cut a driver like Kyle's schedules down to 14 Xfinity races, and that assuming he doesn't do any Truck race during the season too. 38. BMan0213 posted: 03.12.2016 - 3:50 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) "They have 16 cars racing this weekend, are planning to run full-time this year." Well that's a step in the right direction. In 2013 once Kyle and the 54 went back to JGR they were. I can't be 100% sure but looking on Jayski it says in 2012 KBM was getting Triad engines in 2012 and I honestly don't think JGR was giving him bodies or chassis either. I'm pretty sure he was doing everything by himself that year which is probably why Kyle struggled so much that year. 41.
