JSPorts posted: 03.12.2019 - 12:46 pm Rate this comment: (0) (1) MBM's cars appear to have more speed in them this season in general. Their average finish so far this year is 26.9. Last year, their average finish was 31.9. That's an improvement of 5 spots per race so far, which is pretty good. 7. Looks like Roger Penske is offended he can't use his Cup drivers to win those Owners' championships, so they won't be racing at all... And sadly for some people, this only makes it easier for Kyle Busch, because Joe Gibbs Racing's form from 2016 is back. If he wins at Fontana as well, I'll seriously start thinking he finally wins those 4 consecutive races. That's only one of very few things Kyle Busch has failed to do yet. But I don't want to rush it, so let's see, how it turns out at Fontana... 8. LJTolitoYouTuber posted: 03.12.2019 - 1:48 pm Rate this comment: (3) (0) I say Cole Custer wins at Auto Club 9. By my count, last year's Xfinity Series had 17 well-funded teams. This year, that number has dropped to 14. So all the teams at the back are able to gain a few spots by default. 11. I'm talking about winning 4 in a row in 4 consecutive races in the schedule in one series... And that's what he has failed to do yet despite the fact he was very close a few times. Especially in 2016 in Xfinity at Fontana, when his tire exploded on the last lap. Or in 2015 in Cup at Pocono, when he ran out of fuel on the last lap. And even in 2011 in Trucks at Martinsville, when Johnny Sauter passed him with 3 laps to go (but this is different, because he won the next 3 races in the schedule, so with that win at Martinsville, it would be 4 in a row as well). 22. Is this cause for concern? 102. Anonymous posted: 04.03.2019 - 7:08 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @84 To Date 103. It's just an oddity of this year's Xfinity Series that we have exactly 12 solid, well-funded teams and no one else that is all that close to them in terms of competitiveness and speed. It is neat that Ryan Sieg finds himself among those 12 teams. After missing the playoffs last year, his team has been fairly strong so far in 2019, finishing between 4th and 12th in every race so far. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
