Therefore, the #10 should be on your list, and the #12 lower. Also, both the #38 and #13 are running past champions in their cars this week, so they are eligible for the Past Champions Provisional (#38 first, then #13). With that being said, my guess is that unless they can pull something out, the two that will be going home are Shepherd and Harmon. Although I would laugh if Logano wrecked in qualifying and DNQ'd because of it. 9. Good call #10 on me missing that Murphy, not Harmon, was in the #74 this week. They might still struggle though. So who would go home then if Shepherd and Murphy make it? The #90 again? I think the #93 is a S&P, so no reason to do anything but a qualifying setup for it, so Bilicki probably makes it, but he is the most in danger of failing to qualify in my mind after Shepherd (#81 and #12 have speed, #38 and #13 have PCP's, so if one qualifies on time, they both make it). Gase usually is okay with qualifying, but could be another one. 23. theVicar posted: 06.25.2019 - 10:16 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Sandy, I still would like to know you're definition of "start and park". 24. UnderdogFan89 posted: 06.29.2019 - 1:43 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @58 because Green had to use a PCP to enter the race, there's a real gray area about changing the driver. Don't know if there is an exact rule, but NASCAR would definitely not like that. And also, there is a limit on PCP's. Once used, drivers and owners must wait 8 attempts before using it again, which because of Green's surgery, basically means he won't be able to use it the rest of the year. 66. Briscoe isn't that much worse than Custer, but I'm guessing he just hasn't quite got the feel that he's looking for with the car.
