Yeet posted: 05.22.2020 - 1:52 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Depending on when entries are due expect at least the #89 team to arrive. Ray's sponsors haven't paid up yet so he'll be out of the #07 until they do. Hattori Racing is bringing their own car this weekend so Hill moves to the 66, which will go the distance with RoofClaim.com aboard. Myatt Snyder returns to the #21, so Jeff Green will be pulling Start and Park duty in the #93. 3. Nascarfan posted: 05.22.2020 - 2:07 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) We thought Jeff was gonna do that at Phoenix but then he got 15th so we don't really know. 4. Yeet posted: 05.22.2020 - 2:15 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) This will be the first race where 2020 Owner Points will be in place. This is significant because it shakes up the order a little bit and some of the groups of 12 used when drawing the lineup look different than at Darlington, assuming they follow that lineup again. @3 Jeff Green had sponsorship from C2 Freight at Phoenix, hence why he went the distance. Right now the #93 isn't listed with a sponsor and they only run the full race with one. Plans can change however if one arrives. 5. JFM01 posted: 05.22.2020 - 2:19 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Initially CJ McLaughlin was scheduled to be in the 93 whenever Snider isn't driving it. Green was only scheduled to run Talladega and Daytona. I guess McLaughlin's sponsors ran into trouble which isn't necessarily bad news given how bad CJ was running. 6. Mile501 posted: 05.22.2020 - 3:07 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @4 - They must have used current owner points to determine the lineup at Darlington. Otherwise, just to name a couple of examples, Brandon Brown wouldn't have been in the first group and Daniel Hemric wouldn't have been in the second group. 7. Don't assume people! 9. Canadianfan posted: 05.22.2020 - 4:01 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) From Landon Cassill: I just got off the phone with Morgan. No Shepherd Ventures ride on the list this week. Hopefully she'll be back when we can show our qualifying speed like usual. In the meantime I'll be a reserve driver on the Cup and Truck side, and ready with my stuff to drive anything else. 10. JR-TV posted: 05.22.2020 - 6:40 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) ^I hope Landon can find something in one of the three series. He's too good a driver to sit on the sidelines. He would be a veteran that could help any team get better. 11. They probably have another race-ready car in their shop that they could show up with to start and park with Leicht. 12. Last place earns around $7-10K depending on if the field is 36 cars, but when 39 cars show up they lose a bit of their purse even though the purse is raised it has to be spread to 3 more cars, also in paying Cassill they usually only gain little to no money (all their sponsor are really only charity stickers on the 89 and don't bring much money. 16. ThatGuy posted: 05.24.2020 - 8:04 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @13 I say at best, he gets the lead with around 3 or less to go in stage 1, but I could just as easily see it taking the start of stage 2 (depending on pitstops and restart position) 17. Canadianfan posted: 05.24.2020 - 8:21 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @18 I heard because of the extra cars the last few spots were getting around $4500. 18. A somewhat funded and decent running car gets around $2-3k in incentives through sponsorship and whatnot, so its around $6k-7k based on that, so I guess that it's probably around $4500-5k for Morgan's team. 19.
