Timmy Hill should be listed as transmission.

"Hated to see the caution because we had no tires to put on.
Transmission got stuck in between gears on that restart which ended our
day early."

Update:

However NASCAR said the #99 was a Ford, the #99 was clearly a Toyota as
we can see in this picture:
