Hornaday did not have a signed agreement with the Spears team which allowed him to make the move. This opened the door for long time Spears driver, Bill Sedgwick to drive the 75 truck in '95. 3. It was his only start for Venable, he switched over to Rick Hendrick's new #24 Chevrolet when the points races came around. On the other side of Venable's coin Tobey Butler, after one start in the #12, makes his first start in the #21 Ford with new Ortho Lawn & Garden sponsorship that would last throughout the 1995 season. 5.
