It rained...we waited in line for autographs...we got to the front..Mike Skinner wants 5 bucks. Harry Gant wants 5 bucks...we wait for ever for the rain to stop. We go home, walk in the door, GREEN FLAG! Great day..ahah not. But i wish they would bring Busch and Truck back to Nazareth. It was a good track. 5. The #22 Ford truck was fielded in 1996 by Roger Penske, his only venture into the Truck series. If I recall right Rusty was to run some more races later in the year but things didn't work out 8. As of right now it's slated to be replaced with a distribution center. 14. nascar_vd / racing-reference.info posted: 04.24.2018 - 10:59 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) C1996-09 Awards Busch Pole Award: Jimmy Hensley Gatorade Front Runner Award: Jimmy Hensley Plasti-Kote Winning Finish Award: Dennis Connor (#24) Ventvisor Brand Super Deflector Award: Jimmy Hensley Featherlite Trailers Long Haul Award: Jack Sprague Cintas Rookie-Of-The-Race Award: Bryan Reffner 15. haveyouseen posted: 08.07.2019 - 5:30 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) at the start of the 1996 sears auto center 200 some highlights from this race are shown. As others mentioned CBS dumped the broadcast during the rain delay making this one of the harder races to have footage of. 16. Texas posted: 08.30.2019 - 8:07 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) This and the 99 Nashville race. However, some swear that this race aired tape delayed at a later date in the middle of the night on TNN. As for the Nashville race, there is a few minutes of coverage from a hand held camera shot by Espn that was shown during Rpm2Night. If CBS did bail, the only footage would have been shot by a track camera, which Nascar would have the rights to. This happened for the 2000 Busch race at Texas. After a lengthy rain delay, CBS packed it in and left. (Notice a trend here?) However, a single tower camera filmed the race as highlights were shown during the cup prerace show the following morning. 18. nascarman posted: 12.21.2019 - 7:58 am Rate this comment: (2) (0) There's newspaper listings that show this race was aired by TNN on Thursday, July 4th at 8 p.m. and midnight. Probably not many people saw it because of the weird time on a holiday. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
