Only career start for Dave Goulet, and a career best start for Tammy Jo Kirk. 3. However, when Kirk tried to block Ruttman passing her on the outside out of turn 2, the two trucks collided hard and spun out, costing both drivers a pair of great finishes. After being stymied trying to get underneath Hornaday late in the going, Rich Bickle made an impressive power move on the outside of Ron to grab the lead away, and sped on to his first career win. 5. sk posted: 09.05.2016 - 2:50 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) Also, Toby Porter went head-on into the wall in a vicious practice crash that left him with a broken vertebra in his neck. To add insult to injury, by the time he was healed up and ready to drive again, Ranier-Walsh Racing had shuttered its operation, leaving Toby without a ride. 6. He'd go on to record more than a 150 of them in this series. 7. Geesesoap posted: 08.23.2018 - 9:39 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) Jim Bown's only truck series start. 8. His second one would be his win at Richmond later in the year. He best prior finish had been a sixth place in the race immediately preceding this one at Phoenix. 9.
