Last year that Phoenix had two Truck Series races. This spring race, the
series' original race, was removed for 1999.

Randy Nelson (#82) was an additional DNQ for this race. He ended up
replacing Jerry Glanville in the #81 entry after Jerry practiced and
qualified the truck.
