I didn't see the network post-race interview but he cursed several times during the live broadcast. 2. Stewart took off several turns before the finish line and was not penalized. Horn was right to park in victory lane in protest. 5. Ex-CART racer Dominic Dobson leads a NASCAR race for the only time but still goes out early and finishes last. 8. gary24fan posted: 06.06.2010 - 1:10 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) DNQ Mike Hope was in truck #13 9. While they interviewed Hornaday the coverage of this event ran over and Joe Ruttman's winner's interview was saved for RPM2Night. Earlier in the race Greg Biffle and Boris Said (13 years before their 2011 issues at the Glen) were fighting for position when Biffle's inside line into the inner loop ended with him clipping a rumble strip, launching onto two wheels and getting into Said before finally making the pass on the #44... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uuh2-jSrQ1A&feature=related Biffle eventually went out with mechanical woes while Said scored a top-5 10. 10andJoe posted: 02.27.2012 - 3:51 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) #28 owner: Irvan-Simo Racing. 11. rm posted: 04.02.2020 - 1:41 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) This race was scheduled for 62 laps (like the other 150-milers the Trucks ran here) and extended to 65 due to the green-white-checkered finish. 12. After winning his first career Truck Series race here in 97 from the pole, Ron Fellows had a great chance to make it back to back after taking the pole again. Those chances went downhill when he was 3 minutes late for the drivers meeting because he went to the wrong location. The engine or fuel pump went bad while he was trying to make up for it. Ron Hornaday had his above mentioned terrible day. To complete the trifecta of terrible days for Ron, Barfield was running in the top 10 all day and the extension of the race ended in a DNF instead of a good solid finish for him. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
