I saw a screenshot of Bobby Register's truck and it was #36, not #38.

Jay Sauter wins his second race in a row but it proves to be the last
for RCR's famous GM Goodwrench #3 Chevy truck. This was the team's
penultimate race before RCR folded its truck team at Truck team at the
end of the 1999 season, selling the equipment to John Menard for 2000.

RCR stayed out of the Truck series for a decade before dabbling it in
2009 and going full-time again in 2010 with Austin Dillon. Dillon would
bring the team its next win after this when he won at Iowa in 2010.

In both Texas races in '99, Ron Hornaday started 4th, led the most laps,
and finished 10th.

Marty Reid and Jeremy Dale were the commentators. Dave Burns and Amy
East were the pit road reporters.
