This was the team's penultimate race before RCR folded its truck team at Truck team at the end of the 1999 season, selling the equipment to John Menard for 2000. RCR stayed out of the Truck series for a decade before dabbling it in 2009 and going full-time again in 2010 with Austin Dillon. Dillon would bring the team its next win after this when he won at Iowa in 2010. 10.
