Jack Sprague led every lap before his engine let go, and Tolsma took it from there. 2. biffle16 posted: 11.18.2006 - 7:35 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Does anybody know what happened to Tolsma? 3. He was a great story, but had the misfortune of signing up with teams that either weren't committed to him or were just closing down. 4. biffle16 posted: 01.14.2007 - 9:29 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Also, the end to Biffle's 12-race streak of top-fives. 5. me, myself, and i posted: 02.26.2007 - 10:39 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Darrell, thank you for the update. 6. biffle16 posted: 02.26.2007 - 10:40 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Sorry, that was me. Mainly, he probably raced ASA till it folded. 9. gary24fan posted: 06.10.2010 - 6:26 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Truck numbers for the DNQ's: Wayne Edwards - 93 Loni Richardson - 0 Tim Martin - 04 Bobby Gill - 15 Ricky Sanders - 19 Phil Bonifield - 23 Jeff Beck - 27 Conrad Burr - 28 Brian Rose - 31 R.D. Reffner drove in a handful of races with other teams that year. He returned to ASA in 2003. 14. Knowing Tolma and the luck he had in this season he probably initially thought it was legitimate. As this race isnt on youtube I cannot verify this but it was reported by ESPN in the following race at Chicago. Also Chaffin's great run and his friendship with Bobby Hamilton, Hamilton gave him a ride in their R&D truck typically driven by Donny Morelock the next week at Chicago. The hope was that a solid run in the 4 truck could lead to more sponsorship and a possible longer season for Chaffin driving for Bobby 16. He qualified on pole and was running 6th before getting intentionally wrecked by loser Marty Houston, who was two laps down. Let's just say it's no surprise Marty's related to fellow scumbag Teresa Earnhardt. 19. Rich posted: 09.19.2020 - 9:07 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Marty Reid and Phil Parsons were the commentators.
