(And this race was his NASCAR debut.) 5. Anthony posted: 10.22.2016 - 8:12 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Some rookie called Kyle Busch made his Truck debut. He didn't seem to amount to a lot in the coming years. 6. After a rear sway bar failure almost right from the fall of the green flag, his truck never got the handling back and he suffered much time on pit road followed by a mid race spin. He lost a handful of laps and never recovered while he watched his points rival Sprague dominate the race. Dennis Setzer also continued his streak of top 10s at this track. 10th in 95, (Did not attempt in 96 or 97) 8th in 98, 7th in 99, 7th in 00 and 8th in 01. This would be the final race of that string as he would finish 13th in 2002. Impressive top 10 and his only top 10 of the 2001 season for Bobby Dotter in his own equipment. 7. During a segment highlighting the family nature of the K-Automotive team, Brad was mentioned alongside Bob (owner/crew chief), Ron (mechanic), Brian (car chief) and Kay (spotter) as the 5 Keselowskis that made up half of the team's crew. Not sure anyone would have predicted at the time that Kyle & Brad would go on to be two of the top drivers on the circuit a decade later - even with the solid amount of hype that a young Kyle had behind him. 10. Ray Dunlap and Amy East were the pit road reporters. 11. thecautionlightnews posted: 11.15.2020 - 8:45 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @9 Little did we know, 9 years later, Brad would call Kyle an Ass, and nearly 20 years later, they are two of the greatest drivers in the 21st century, and maybe of all time ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
