31 trucks....and there was a DNQ? Thats bizarre, its not like there isnt
enough room for 32 trucks.

This is the fewest lead lap finishers in a Truck race so far. I would
have thought there were a few early short track races with less, but
apparently no.

Jack Sprague started this race on pit road - the engine wouldn't fire
during the warmup laps & required a tow truck push the #24 back to pits.
Given how close the season standings would become (& were then), this
certainly could've been a lot worse.

Dr. Jerry Punch and Phil Parsons were the commentators. Ray Dunlap and
Amy East were the pit road reporters.
