Last start for Kyle Busch before NASCAR's rule mandating that all of its
top racers must be 18 years old to race. Just imagine how much history
would have changed if NASCAR hadn't made that rule.

The rule change didn't matter, however. He came back in 2004, and has
been unstoppable (and annoying) ever since.
