Brothers in NASCAR are not uncommon, but sisters are. But we had one in
this race...

Teri MacDonald, the sister of former Cup driver Randy MacDonald, makes
her debut in this race. Running against her brother, she finished 29th
and he finished 20th.

I don't remember how, but Mike Bliss lost 5 laps and managed to get all
of them back.

Crafton's truck lost power while running in the top 5 twice due to
ignition problems. The second of these incidents happened when he was
gaining on Rose for the lead.

Dr. Jerry Punch and Phil Parsons were the commentators. Ray Dunlap and
Amy East were the pit road reporters.
