This was Setzer's third and final win of 2003 with all of his victories
coming on short tracks; he won early in the year at Mesa Marin and
Martinsville and then here late in the year at South Boston.
Coincidentally both the Mesa Marin and South Boston races were both the
last for the series at those track.
